Who we are
Augmara (Private) Limited, Colombo, Sri Lanka ("Augmara", "we"). For anything about your data, email info@augmara.com.
What we collect, and why
- Brand scans. When you scan a website we fetch that site's public pages and store the result in our edge cache for about 30 minutes, so a repeat scan or the report email does not fetch it again. We do not link a scan to you unless you ask for the fix list.
- Fix list requests. If you ask for the fix list we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and the address you scanned. We use them to send the report, to follow up about it once, and to keep a record of the enquiry.
- Bookings. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter in the booking form and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
- Messages. If you email or WhatsApp us, we keep the conversation to reply and to keep a record of the enquiry.
- Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to deliver the site, protect it and limit abuse of the scanner. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Sound. Whether you turned the sound on is kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. It never leaves your device.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, security and the scanner), Resend (sending the report email), Cal.com (bookings) and Google Workspace (our email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some are outside Sri Lanka, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
Scan results: about 30 minutes in cache. Enquiries and bookings: as long as we are talking, and up to two years after the last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or longer where we must keep records of work we did for you.
Your rights
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@augmara.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
